Return Policy

The following criteria must be met in order to be eligible for an exchange, return, or refund:

  • 📅 Returns must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving the item.
  • 📦 Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging, along with all accessories.
  • 🚚 Items must be returned via a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation.
  • 💸 All shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer returning the merchandise.
  • 💰 Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • ⏱️ Refunds take 3 to 5 business days to be processed by your bank.
  • 🔄 We will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item received).

PLEASE NOTE: There are no refunds on items that have been used, worn, rented, dirtied, or damaged, or on any CUSTOM mascots. No exceptions. For more information, please see our Return Policy.
